Can you buy a heater for a dehumidifier continuous drainage hose?

I have a dehumidifier with a continuous drainage hose that goes outside. Is there such a thing as a hose heater to stop the water in the pipe freezing in the winter?

    For water lines but would work fine on this drain line situation.

    The hose runs continually there would be no danger of if the hose runs continually there would be no danger of freezing.
