Dehumidifier not drawing water?

The dehumidifier is only 1 yr old, the compressor is running but it has stopped drawing water. Are there some maintenance tips I can follow?

      yes, i had one that would do that.
      first i would clean it well.
      then i would take it out side put a small amount of bleach and put it in it let it run till its totally dry, then fill it full of water and let that run till its totally dry. if that does not work then you might need to go get a new one it is not expensive.
      * warning when running the bleach do not inhale it, do not let kids or animals play out-side when it is running.
