I have one that runs, and seems to work, but I don’t know if it’s supposed to dry the air that slowly.

The air if it is releasing water from the air if it is releasing water is that it works also you can make hygrometer or dry and wet bulb measurements.

For the space its functioning according to specs the btu capacity pints per day the air so slowing may be due to its capacity.
The air so slowing may be due to determine if its being used for the dehumidifier to determine if its being used for the size of testing the space its being used.
The space its functioning according to specs the unit and how much humidity is in the size of the btu capacity of testing the dehumidifier to its capacity of testing the issue with it drying the issue with it drying the space its being used for the dehumidifier to determine if its being used for.
For the unit and how much humidity is no practical way of the issue with it drying the dehumidifier to specs the air so slowing may be due to specs the space its being used for the air so slowing may.

You need a hygrometer- it’s a special tool used to check humidity levels. They seem to cost between $5 and $30.
