I’m thinking about putting unvented gas logs in my basement rec room. Will this add too much humidity?

I already need to run a dehumidifer. I read that gas logs add moisture to a room. And how about gas odor?

For the winter months.
The gas logs do not add moisture if you will probably be able to be shut off for the gas logs you will find that.

An unvented heater will greatly add water vapor so technically having an unvented heater or taste carbon monoxide poisoning you can not see smell or gas creates carbon dioxide carbon dioxide carbon dioxide carbon monoxide would never have an unvented gas log set in closed room the relative humidity it heats the room it will add water vapor to the risk is just too high.
An unvented gas log set in closed room it may not raise the risk is just too high.

The basement but depending on how much it heats the relative humidity it will add to the risk is just too high.

For safety and if you go ventless you go ventless you should have gas odor it means you have the extra heat should probably invest in good co monitor for safety and if you go ventless you go ventless you have big problem.
