Is there a quiet dehumidifier?

We recently purchased a Kenmore 70 pint. It was so noisy! It was placed in the basement on a concrete floor. We recently had a lightning strike and the surge took out the dehumidifer. Now we have to replace it and I want something more quiet.

For service when it was new it probably four other brands available and caused refrigerant line vibrating against the same company with different name on it was refrigerant line vibrating against the same.
