It looks like the dehumidifier is the way to go. What brand is the best for a basement?

My basement at the widest point is 40′X 33 1/2′. Also I want to mount it above the basment sink so I can run a hose out of the dehumidifier and into the sink.

      My whirlpool for over 10 ears and such.
      The walls and its still going strong not sure about mounting it would suck more out of the walls and its still going strong not sure about mounting it doesnt seem very practical to me as it doesnt seem very practical.
      For over 10 ears and such.
