Think I need to buy a dehumidifier- Do I need one for each room?

Apri asked:

As in previous posting - I have condensation and mildew on my double glazing in most rooms. One particular room I do have some mildew on the wall too but it is upstairs and only on outside wall. My question is - do I need to buy a dehumidifier for each room ? Thank you in advance
Further details - I live in a two up two down terrace house - so not too big

The square footage of your rooms and your home.

You can have a furnace/air conditioner dealer give you an estimate on a “whole house dehumidifier”; or if you just purchase a single unit then shop around and look at the “coverage” which should be listed on the box. I would put them in the highest humidity areas.

depends upon how big the humidifier is-it should say on the box
