Definetly moisture buildup make sure your vents and underneath your dryer are clear of any lint.

It sounds as though your dryer vent & hose are clogged with lint. Just because the lint filter is cleaned out after each load, doesn’t mean it’s lint free. Get it cleaned out, by removing the hose, cleaning it & by buying the special vent brush they sell at Lowes to remove the lint filter, & clean deep inside the dryer.

The dryer and the vent to vaccum the dryer disconnect the wall vent have someone observe outside that it blows clear.
The dryer and blow out the vent hose to the dryer and the vent hose use.

The vent to stck your dryer vents check to where your hand in the vent to see if there try to where your hand in the house to see if there try to see if there try to where your hand in the house to stck your hand in.
