Will dehumidifier kill any left over mold spores in closet?

I just cleaned up my closet of bleach. Im worried about tiny mold spores that might cause another outbreak. Will placing a dehumidifier in my closet kill any left over mold spores and sanitize it?
William - But I thought mold and mildew need moisture to live. If I use a dehumidifier it will eliminate the moisture. Is there something Im not getting?
