Will using fans in the basement be as good as a dehumidifier to keep the mostier out. It would be cheaper?

I am looking for a cheaper way to keep the basement dry, I hear just keeping the air moving would help.

For week and see if it might be cheaper but dehumidifier not only circulates the air it helps.
Dehumidifier not only circulates the moisture out of the air so you much good anyway you can always try it.

A fan would not help at all. If you want to do a good job and really keep moisture out, just get a dehumidifier.
